She says, Can anybody help me? Is anybody there?
And then suddenly these words come floating through her mind

Love as much as you can and you will know what heaven is
Heaven is not up there
Heaven is in your heart

I know these prayers so well because they are like mine
I feel her desire for love – it's also in my heart

Lead Me Out of Hell

(Again I can see myself being part of a bunch of screaming, helpless, injured creatures
Some of them are pretending to be terrifying, anxiously hiding their self-caused damage,
I don't want to be part of them anymore)

I feel like I do fall in the darkness deeper, so deep,
Where my mind is getting thoughtless
I sense some kind of malicious presence
Creatures crawl, hunt me though this place of madness
My body aches, my head explodes
I feel like I'm caught in a net of tangled thoughts
I scream, I hate my self-made construction, I try to escape from this painful destruction
More and more grows the sadness….grief so deep….Oh, Lord release me now

Like in a storm that seems to be never-ending
I reach out for anything that might be helping
